No.593/8A, bearing Patta No.4013, Idanganasalai Bit1, Sankari Taluk, Salem District based on the petitioners Application No.2025/0123/08/010044, dated 12.05.2025 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

Mr.P.Ganesan Government Advocate COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed by the petitioners seeking to direct the respondents to survey the petitioners respective land and fix boundary stones based on their applications dated 12.05.2025. 2.Mr.P.Ganesan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent of the parties, these main writ petitions are taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that though the petitioners made a representation dated 12.05.2025 before the respondent, to survey the their respective property and fix boundary stones, the same have not

been considered by the respondent so far. Hence, he prayed to direct the respondent to consider and dispose of petitioners' representation dated 12.05.2025.

4.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the representations of the petitioners dated 12.05.2025 will be considered and disposed of within four weeks. 5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 6.Considering the submission made by both the parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in these Writ Petitions, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 12.05.2025 and complete the survey and fix the boundaries in their respective property, after issuing due notice to the concerned parties, if

any. It is needless to state that, if there is any obstruction, the respondent shall complete the process with the aid of the Police. Such exercise shall be done by the respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7.With the above said direction, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
