This application has been filed seeking to issue subpoena to the Civil Assistant Surgeon, Institute of Mental Health, Kilpauk, Chennai 600 010 to produce the records relating to the mental illness of Selvi Vino before this Court to adduce evidence in the above Original Petition.

2.Considering the nature of averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and the opinion given by the Doctor in the certificate dated 15.03.2022 to Selvi Vino, is relevant for proving certain facts, this application stands ordered, accordingly.

3. Issue summons to Civil Assistant Surgeon, Institute of Mental Health, Kilpauk, Chennai to appear before the learned Master for recording evidence on 22.01.2024. The evidence shall be completed within a period of one month and after completion of evidence, post before this Court.
