2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The respondent police is directed to file a charge sheet relating to the case in Crime No.35 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the abovesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
