Crl.O.P.No.27556 of 2023 Crl.O.P.No.27556 of 2023 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN , J.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.629 of 2023 registered by the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 272, 273, 328 of IPC r/w Sec.77 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.

2. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner was found in possession of 1.575 kgs of Maava in 104 packets, each of 15 grams. It is obvious that the petitioner was having them to sell retail to school and college going students. There are four previous cases of similar nature as against the petitioner herein.

3. Taking all those factors into consideration, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
