Code, 1973 and quash the same as contrary to law, illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, violation of the principles of natural justice.

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent comprised in the impugned order dated 08.11.2019 bearing R.C.No.A6/4232/2019 passed under Section 138 read with Section 133 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 and to quash the same as contrary to law, illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, violation of the principles of natural justice.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that aggrieved by the order passed by the first respondent dated 08.11.2019 in respect of paragraph no.147, this writ petition was filed by the petitioner. However, during the pendancy of this writ petition, the petitioner has duly complied with the condition imposed in the impugned order and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed.

No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
