ORDER

This petition has been filed to review the order dated 05.07.2023, passed by this Court in W.P.No.20364 of 2015.

2. The respondent filed the above writ petition challenging the order passed by the petitioners for stoppage of terminal benefits for the reason that there was a due in the revised scale of pay. This Court considered the writ petition on merits and allowed the writ petition and also directed the petitioners to pay the terminal benefits to the petitioner with applicable interest. To review the said order, the present Review Application has been filed by the petitioners.

3. Though the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the petitioners raised so many grounds on merits, all the grounds raised by the petitioners are the grounds to challenge the order passed by this Court. This Court finds no apparent error on the face of records as such the petitioners failed to make any grounds to review the order passed by this Court. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court finds no merits in this Review Application to review the order dated 05.07.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.20364 of 2015.

4. Accordingly, the Review Application stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to cost.
