2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.904 of 2024, charge sheet was filed through e-filing Spl.SC.No.C202401352 before the learned Special Court for Trial of cases under SC/ST (PoA) Act, Salem on 16.11.2024.

4. Since the first respondent-Police has completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet before the Special Court concerned, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 25.11.2024 mfa Index:Yes/No
