BY ITS MANAGING DIRECTOR, 31, KAMARAJAR SALAI, CHEPAUK, CHENNAI 600 005 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to direct the respondent to reserve one post of Assistant Engineer(Civil) in the respondent Board to the existing vacancy pursuant to the advertisement dated 16.10.2015 (in WMP.No.19990/2017) pending disposal of the above WP.No.18427/2017.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.S.SWAMINATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.THAMIZHARASI, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The relief sought for by the petitioner in the present Miscellaneous Petition cannot be considered at this stage and the same shall be decided at the time of final disposal of the main writ petition.
In view of the above, the Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
Registry is directed to post the writ petition for final disposal after two(2) weeks.
