Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings made in Na.Ka.8417/2000 Ni.Va.Va.dated 23.05.2001 passed by the third respondent and the second show cause notice dated 15.03.2003 and the final order dated 27.03.2003 passed by the fourth respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to re-instate the petitioner in service with all attendant benefits.
