O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to strike off the F.C.O.P. No. 517 of 2013 on the file of Family Court, Salem.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel for Revision Petitioner and Respondent appeared.

3. The learned counsel for petitioner submitted that already a memorandum of joint compromise submitted before the Hon'ble Apex Court and the same was recorded. As per the terms of compromise, both parties are agreed to withdraw the cases pending against them. Accordingly, the matter is listed today under the caption "for withdrawal" and he has also made endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of compromise. No costs. Consequently, the connected C.M.P. stands closed.
