ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.10.2023 and seeking direction to direct the 1st respondent not to disburse the benefits and final settlements of the 3rd respondent till the disposal of the petitioner's representation.
2. The petitioner got married to the 3rd respondent during the year 1987. Due to some misunderstanding between them, the 3rd respondent is living with another lady. The 3rd respondent was working as Sub Inspector of Police, Central Reserve Police Force. During his service, he faced disciplinary proceedings and he was also imposed with punishment of compulsory retirement. Now, the petitioner submitted a representation stating that not to disburse the final settlement and other service benefits of the 3rd respondent. Admittedly, the 3rd respondent is very much alive and he is entitled to receive his terminal benefits for his compulsory retirement and he is eligible to receive such benefits during his life time. After the life time of 3rd respondent, entitlement will be given to the petitioner.
3. Therefore, the representation submitted by the petitioner dated
