This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders passed in Crl.O.P.No.25325 of 2024 dated 21.10.2024 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. Investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Special Judge for EC/NDPS Act Cases, Salem.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the learned Special Judge for EC/NDPS Act Cases, Salem on 06.12.2024 and thereafter on the dates to be fixed by the learned Special Judge for EC/NDPS Act Cases, Salem.
