The learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners submits that the applicants 4 and 5 are at Abroad and they have given consent in favour of the first applicant to execute the bond on their behalf as well.

2.Taking into consideration that the consent affidavit has been filed by the applicants 4 and 5, the first applicant is permitted to execute the bond on behalf of the fourth and fifth applicants also.

3.In view of the same, the time granted to the petitioners/applicants for executing a security bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) is extended by four (4) weeks.
