Memo had been filed on behalf the plaintiff stating that the Managing Director of the plaintiff and the first defendant had entered into a compromise dated 18.04.2024, which effectively meant that they have settled the issues raised in the plaint out of Court. Memo is recorded. Plaintiff is entitled for return of court fee under Section 69 of Tamil Nadu Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 2017, and the same to be refunded in the name of the plaintiff, after appropriate verification and identification of the plaintiff. In view of the memo filed, the suit is dismissed as settled out of Court. When the decree is to be drafted, the memo shall form part of such decree.
