This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.OP.No.26593 of 2024 by order dated 25.10.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.
