Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to set aside the order dated 13.03.2019 made in I.A.No.1239 of 2015 in O.S.No.1168 of 2013 by the learned Additional District Munsif, Alandur, Kancheepuram District. For Petitioner : Mr.M.Sriram for petitioner in both CRPs COMMON ORDER When these revision petitions are taken up for admission, the learned counsel for the petitioner in both the revisions submitted that he had instructions to withdraw the revision petition and therefore, he sought permission of this court to withdraw the revision petitions with liberty to renew the applications for expert opinion, if any exigency arises in the future. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the above, the civil revision petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to renew the applications for expert opinion, if any exigency arises in the future. However, considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2013, the court below is directed to take up the trial of the suit and dispose of the same after giving opportunities to both parties within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected CMP is closed.
