This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to amend the document number as 6149/2004, instead of document numbers 6147/2004 and 1142/1993 in the order dated 28.04.2023 passed in W.P.No.8491 of 2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has no objection in allowing this miscellaneous petition.

3. In view of the above, this miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for.
