The petitioner seeks bail in Crime No.12 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 323, 506 (i) IPC and Section 5 (l) r/w 6 of POCSO Act, 2012. The petitioner had been remanded to judicial custody on 15.09.2023.

2.The defacto complainant is the mother of the victim child, who is aged 13 years. The petitioner is aged 31 years. It had been stated that the victim child was crying due to stomach pain and then she informed her mother about the sexual assault committed by the petitioner. 3.In view of the seriousness of the offences, even though investigation is completed, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
