The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second and third respondents to implement the order passed by the second respondent in Ref. No.Na.Ka.2891/2007C1 dated 27.10.2017 thereby accepting the alternate and provided by the petitioner plot No.24 the Chennai New City comprised in S.No.378/1 of Athipattu Village, Thiruvallur District in a time bound period.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and to that effect, he has made an endorsement in the bundle.

3. Recording the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
