This Writ Petition is filed in the year 2017, and the same was entertained on 21.11.2017. Thereafter, the matter was listed for a couple of occasions i.e. on 10.11.2021 and 29.11.2021, on which dates, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Subsequently, the matter is listed today (i.e. 02.12.2021). Even today, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, it shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.

2. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
