PRAYER:-Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for an issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to take steps to measure and demarcate to issue a patta in the property begin all that piece and parcel of land Pennagaram Village, Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri comprised in survey Nos.890/1 of an extent of 28 cents based on the petitioners Application No.2025/ 0103// 05/ 302413 dated 27.03.2025 with help of 4th respondent to put the fence the above said property within a time frame.

ORDER
This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondents 2 & 3 to take steps to measure and demarcate to issue a patta in the property begin all that piece and parcel of land Pennagaram Village, Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri comprised in survey Nos.890/1 of an extent of 28 cents based on the petitioners Application No.2025/ 0103// 05/ 302413 dated
27.03.2025 with help of 4th respondent to put the fence the above said property within a time frame.
2.Mr.P.Ganesan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate takes th respondent. By consent of the parties, the main writ notice on behalf of the 4 petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner made an application dated 27.03.2025, to survey the petitioner's property and demarcate the boundaries, the same has not been considered by the respondents 2 and 3, so far. Hence, he prayed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 27.03.2025. 4.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the application of the petitioner dated 27.03.2025 will be considered and disposed of within four weeks.
5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 4 th respondent.
6.Considering the submission made by both the parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the application of the petitioner dated 27.03.2025 and complete the survey and demarcate the boundaries after issuing due notice to the concerned parties, if any. It is needless to state that, if there is any obstruction, the respondents 2 and 3 shall complete the process with the aid of the 4 th respondent / Police. Such exercise shall be done by the respondents 2 and 3 within a period of four weeks from today. 7.With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
