In this regard, he produced the order passed by the Assistant Engineer dated 19.01.2021, which is extracted hereunder:

"In South Tiruchengode Section for Court case has been filed in Chennai High Court by you as W.P.No.29828 of 2017 for converting Tariff form V to IA. The Court has ordered to convert the tariff from V to IA for service number 177-044-160 on 29.11.2021. The Court order has been implemented for service number 177-044-160 with check reading as 31193 KWH with effect from 19.01.2022. This is for your kind information please."
