The learned counsel for the petitioner has to surrender the succession certificate issued by the Registry.

2. The learned counsel must carry out necessary amendments as permitted in Application No. 3600 of 2024 in the schedule to the petition.

3. Thereafter, the Registry may also carry out the necessary amendments in the Succession Certificate already issued and issue the same to the learned counsel.
