JUDGMENT

(The judgment of the Court was delivered by J.Nisha Banu,J.) The above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed by the Page 1/4

appellant/wife against the order passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court in H.M.O.P.No.2693/2019 dated 29.05.2023, in which, the petition filed by the appellant/wife seeking restitution of conjugal rights, was dismissed.

2. Today, the learned counsel for appearing for the appellant as well the respondent would state that the parties have appeared before the Mediation Centre and the matter has been settled among themselves before the Mediation Centre as per Settlement Agreement dated 19.12.2024 as follows:

a) O.P.No.146 of 2019 before Sub Court Poonamallee filed by the respondent for divorce has been withdrawn by the respondent on 17.12.2024. b) Both the parties have decided to live together amicably without any conditions.

By signing this agreement the parties hereto state that they have no further claims or demands against each other with respect to CMA.470 of 2024 High Court, Madras and all disputes and differences in this regard have been amicably settled by the Parties hereto through the process of conciliation/Mediation.

2. The aforesaid Settlement Agreement dated 19.12.2024 is recorded. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel Page 2/4

appearing for the appellant as well as the respondent and considering the said Settlement Agreement filed by the parties before before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
