2. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner wife under section 24 of CPC, seeking to withdraw the H.M.O.P. No. 156 of 2025 from the file of the Family Court, Dharmapuri and to transfer the same to to the file of the Family Court, Chennai.
3. The petitioner is the wife. The respondent is the husband. The marriage between the parties, was solemnized on 20th March 2024 at the Arulmigu Paravasudeva swamy Thirukoil, Kottai ,Dharmapuri as per Hindu rites and customs. It is stated that there are no children out of their wedlock.
4. The respondent has filed a divorce petition in H.M.O.P. No. 156 of 2025 before The Family Court, Dharmapuri. The petitioner wife is seeking transfer of the OP from the Family Court, Dharmapuri to Family Court at Chennai.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner/wife is residing in Chennai along with her parents, is placed on work from home.
6. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that as such the petitioner wife and the respondent-husband are employing at Bangalore.
7. This Court is not convinced with the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Hence, this Tr.C.M.P.No.1061 of 2025 is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
