This matter has been listed under the caption 'for being spoken to' for the reason that this Court while passing order dated 05.03.2025 had directed that the Succession duty to be paid by the petitioner would be Rs.25,000/- and also obtained an undertaking from the learned counsel for the petitioner for making good the balance amount.

2.However, it is brought to the notice by the Registry of this Court that for the value of the assets mentioned in the O.P., the succession duty would be only Rs.21,100/-.
