ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent to pass orders on the complaint dated 29.07.2025 filed under Section 23 (1) Senior Citizen Act.
2. The case of the petitioner is that she is in continuous possession and enjoyment of the property without any interference and she has decided to divide the property among her daughters. In the mean time, sixth and seventh respondents are attempting to register a settlement deed in their favour. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint, which is pending before the fifth respondent. She also submitted a complaint dated 29.07.2025 before the respondents under Section 23 (1) of the Senior Citizens Act, seeking cancellation of the settlement deed in favour of the sixth and seventh respondents. Hence, this writ petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

accepts notice on behalf of the Respondents 1 to 5.
4. Though there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, considering the limited scope of the prayer sought in this petition, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry based on the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 29.05.2025 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Needless to state, the aforesaid exercise shall be completed after issuing notice to the respondents 6 and 7. Since no adverse order is being passed against the private respondents, issuance of notice to them is dispensed with.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
