This application has been filed by the applicants to accept the English translation of the Tamil Will filed in the main petition.

2. According to the applicants, they filed the main petition for the Page No.1 of 3

grant of Letters of Administration and the Will was executed by the Testator in the Tamil language. Therefore, they filed this application to permit them to file the English version of the Will.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the Original Petition if it is otherwise in order.
