This Writ petition has been filed praying to issue a writ of certiorari calling for the records of the first respondent passed in proceedings order No.A3/17309/2017 dated 29.08.2017 and to quash the same.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.

Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
