This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24689 of 2023 dated 30.10.2023 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a week for a period of four weeks and thereafter, once in a month till the filing of charge sheet. 15.12.2023 sli https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
