Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Declaration, declaring the action of the 1st respondent in orally terminating the service of petitioner on 05.07.2003 as illegal, arbitrary and in gross violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 1st respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with full back wages and continuity of service and all other attendant benefits.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a declaration, declaring the action of the 1st respondent, in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

orally the terminating the petitioner on 05.07.2003 as Telugu teacher of the 1st respondent/school is illegal and arbitrary.

2. Heard Mr.R.Kamatchi Sundaresan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.L.Rajesh, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent and Mr.P.Senthilvel, learned Government Advocate appearing for the 2nd respondent.

3. The petitioner has not proved that she has been orally terminated from service on 05.07.2003 and that the first respondent has denied employment to the petitioner.

4. In the above said circumstances, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted and the writ petition stands dismissed.
