Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing respondent No.2, SRC-NCTE to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2025 against the withdrawal order dated 01.12.2021, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame expeditiously, to be fixed by this Court.

This writ petition has been filed for direction to respondent No.2, SRC-NCTE to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2025 against the withdrawal order dated 01.12.2021, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame expeditiously, to be fixed by this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.08.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and giving personal opportunity of hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
