When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Kumaresan, the learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that as against the order of this court dated 17.07.2023 made in W.P. No.17040 of 2023 a writ appeal has been filed in W.A. No.435 of 2024 and the same is pending.
