This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para No.4(b) of an order, dated 18.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14948 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
