ORDER

The present application has been filed to clarify the order dated 14.10.2024 passed in Application in A.No.4401 of 2024 in C.S.No.416 of 2018.

2. The suit-scheduled properties either belonged to the father or the mother of the parties to the suit, either independently or jointly. The mother had been arrayed as the first defendant, who had died pending the suit. Hence, this Court had originally passed an order on 30.09.2024, directing Respondents 8 and 9, who are the tenants in the property owned by the mother, to deposit their rents before the Court. By a further order dated 14.10.2024, the share in the rental amount which would have accrued to the share of the mother was directed to be deposited. The same would apply with regard to the property owned by the father. Therefore, there is no necessity to clarify the order made by this Court as sought for by the applicant.

3. As directed by this Court, three Demand Drafts had been placed on record in favour of the Registrar (General), High Court, Madras and the

details of the same is as follows:

4. The said Demand Drafts are received by this Court. The Registry is directed to place the said Demand Drafts before the Registrar (General), High Court, Madras, to deposit to the accounts of this suit and thereafter, to be deposited in an interest bearing account.

5. In fine, the application in A.No.3000 of 2025 in C.S.No.416 of 2018 stands closed. No costs.
