ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.18239 of 2023 dated 22.6.2023. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondent produced the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 10.04.2024. A copy of the same has also been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.
