This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 182 days in filing the Original Side Appeal against the Order dated 26.11.2024 made in A.No.5171 of 2024 in C.S. No.110 of 2024.

2. Notice served and the respondent appeared through counsel.

3. The reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition is satisfied and the learned counsel for the respondent also has no serious objection in condoning the delay.

4. Therefore, the delay is condoned.
