ORDER

The civil revision petition is filed seeking a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.147 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible.

2. The petitioner herein filed a suit for declaration and injunction. The suit was filed in the year 2014.

3. A perusal of the adjudication papers filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that the suit was posted for trial as early as 15.07.2022. Till date, the suit is in the stage of recording of evidence without much progress.

4. Therefore, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.

5. With this direction, the civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
