Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the Respondents. With consent of the learned 1/4

counsel on either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.05.2025, since from the year 28.02.2019 till 2025, the petitioner is working for the maximum period in a Non-sensitive post. Hence, the petitioner gave a representation to the respondent to appoint him in sensitive work in Collectorate Office, Tirupattur within a limited time frame.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was initially appointed as Junior Revenue Assistant on 28.02.2019. Since the date of his appointment, he has been assigned duties of non-sensitive nature. Therefore, he had given a representation dated 26.05.2025 to the respondent requesting that he may be assigned sensitive duties, which has not been considered. Hence, the present petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents. 2/4

Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.05.2025 and pass orders, on its own merits, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation with regard to the merits of the petitioner's claim.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
