Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 15.07.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.10625 of 2024. For Petitioner :

O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience in not complying with the order dated 15.07.2024 passed by this Court in W.P. No. 10625 of 2024 and thereby directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner, if she comes under the zone of consideration for the post of PG Assistant in Chemistry. 2/5

2. As directed by this Court, the first respondent had selected the petitioner to the post of PG Assistant in Chemistry and had sent the selection list to the Director of School Education, Directorate of School Education, College Road, Chennai - 600 006. In such circumstances, the Director of School Education, Directorate of School Education, College Road, Chennai - 600 006 is suo-motu impleaded as the third respondent in this Contempt Petition by this order.

3. In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to issue an appointment order to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today and file report of compliance before this Court on or before 07.05.2025.

4. With the above directions, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
