Petition for relaxation of the conditions imposed to the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13608 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.633 of 2019 dated 23.09.2019.

2. This Court, while suspending the sentence, directed the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30.m. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying the condition from October 2019.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13608 of 2019 dated 23.09.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court once in three months, starting from the first working day of January 2024, at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
