This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 05.30p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.24537 of 2023 dated 02.11.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once, ie., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned trial Court.
