This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that "[c]the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" passed in Crl.O.P.No.22376 of 2025 dated 12.08.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and final report also filed.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22376 of 2025 dated 12.08.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
