3. Accordingly, the delay of 161 days and 154 days in filing the Writ Appeals are condoned and these Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.

4. Registry to number the Writ Appeals, if they are otherwise in order and the list the same for admission along with W.A.No.2009 of 2024 etc. batch on 07.01.2025.
