A.No.6754 of 2023 & E.P.DR.No.155146 of 2023 & Arb.O.P(Com.Div) No.333 of 2024 & E.P.No.13 of 2024 P.B.BALAJI, J., The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the conditional order dated 21.11.2024, directing deposit of Rs.8,00,000/- has been complied with.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent/decree holder would submit that the applicants are in huge arrears and they have not complied with the conditional order passed in O.P, at the time of admission and in fact, today is the last day for making payment of close to Rs.20 crores. He would therefore request for early hearing of the O.P.

3.Post the O.P for arguments on 10.12.2024.
