This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.3883 of in Crl.O.P.No.1078 of 2023 dated 20.03.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates.
