The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondents to consider the reply dated 04.10.2017 and to consequently forbear the Respondents from in any manner proceed with the disciplinary proceedings by holding domestic enquiry in furtherance to the Charge Sheet Memorandum No. DIS/CON/529 dated 19.09.2017 till the disposal of the criminal case in Crime No. 269 of 2016 on the file of CCB-I, Chennai. 3.

Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Respondents has brought to notice that after the filing of the Writ Petition, disciplinary proceedings against the Petitioner have been completed and final order dated 23.07.2018 has been passed and its copy has been placed on record. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has acknowledged its receipt. In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition.
