ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until the disposal of the Criminal Appeal imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.17546/2024 in Crl.A.No.34/2024 dated 04.06.2025.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month for a period of six months.
