ORDER
The Revision Petitioner herein is the plaintiff and he has filed a suit in O.S.No. 32 of 2023 before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate at Nannilam seeking for the relief of permanent injunction against the defendants 1 to 3.
2. Since the relief claimed by the Revision Petitioner only seeking a direction for a speedy disposal, the notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
3. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioner would submit that due to the pendency of the suit, the respondents/defendants are causing interference. Therefore, he wanted to direct the trial court to dispose the suit as early as possible.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances and also the fact that due 2/4
to the pendency of the suit, the respondents/defendants are causing interference, this Court is inclined to direct the trial judge to commence the trial and dispose the case as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. 22.12.2023 rpp To The District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Nannilam. T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.
