ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.07.2025 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 311 and 351(3) of BNS, in Crime No.473 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Earlier, the petitioner had moved a bail petition before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22930 of 2025 and the same was dismissed by this Court on 19.08.2025 on the ground that the petitioner is having 6 previous cases against him. There is no change of circumstances after the dismissal of the earlier bail petition.
